TRMail.xyz Service Regulations
§ 1. General Provisions
These regulations define the rules for using the internet service available at trmail.xyz ("Service").
The owner of the Service is I.E.T. LTD. with its registered office at 128 City Road, EC1V 2NX London ("Administrator").
The Service is informational and social. Its purpose is to collect, organize, and publish information regarding problems reported by users related to Google Workspace services, particularly cases of account blocks, loss of data access, and inability to recover data.
The Service does not provide legal services, does not represent users before courts or administrative bodies, and does not offer legal advice.
Use of the Service is voluntary and free of charge.
§ 2. Definitions
User – any person visiting the Service or submitting data, materials, or reports to it.
Report – information provided by the User via a form, email, or other communication channels available on the Service.
Materials – in particular, event descriptions, screenshots, messages, documents, and other content submitted by the User.
Map – a part of the Service presenting aggregated and anonymized reports from Users.
Anonymization – the process of removing or masking data that allows for the direct identification of a natural person or business entity.
§ 3. Nature and Purpose of the Service
The Service is used to collect information about cases where Users report:
sudden Google Workspace account blocks,
loss of access to mail, drive, documents, or other data,
inability to recover data,
problems with handling reports on Google's side.
The purpose of the Service is to publicize the problem, enable the exchange of experiences among affected individuals, and show the scale of the phenomenon in an aggregated and anonymized manner.
The Service does not guarantee the effectiveness of interventions, data recovery, changes in Google's decisions, or the obtaining of any compensation.
§ 4. Rules for Using the Service
The User may use the Service free of charge.
The User may voluntarily provide data, event descriptions, and materials for publication or use as part of an information campaign.
The provision of data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data may prevent the report from being included on the Map or used in actions to publicize the problem.
The User undertakes to provide only information that is true and consistent with the materials they possess.
It is forbidden to submit unlawful, offensive content, content containing particularly sensitive data of third parties without a legal basis, or content infringing copyright or image rights.
§ 5. Submitting Reports and Materials
The User may submit reports via the contact form, email address, or other channels indicated on the Service.
By submitting a report, the User confirms that:
they have the right to provide the materials,
the report does not infringe the rights of third parties,
they understand that the materials may be anonymized before publication.
The Administrator may contact the User to clarify the report, verify its content, or obtain consent for the publication of selected elements of the material.
§ 6. Anonymization and Publication of Materials
The Administrator applies anonymization to data submitted by Users before its publication on the Map or in other parts of the Service.
Anonymization may include, in particular:
removal of first and last names,
removal of company names, domains, email addresses, and phone numbers,
blurring of data visible in screenshots,
removal of other information allowing the identification of the User or third parties.
The Service may only publish anonymized screenshots submitted by Users.
The Administrator reserves the right to refuse publication of material if its content is incomplete, raises doubts as to its authenticity, or could violate the law.
Information published on the Map is aggregated and informational in nature.
§ 7. Data Storage
Data provided by the User is stored for a period of 1 year from the date of its submission, unless further storage is required by law or necessary to protect the Administrator's rights.
Data is stored within Europe, particularly in Poland.
After the storage period, data may be deleted or subjected to further anonymization.
The Administrator employs organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
§ 8. Voluntary Support for the Service
The Service is completely free of charge.
The Donate button is solely for voluntary support of the Administrator.
Support may be provided in the form indicated on the Service, particularly via paysafecard or PayPal transfer.
Funds from support are allocated to further marketing of the Service, particularly advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
Payments are voluntary and do not grant the User any additional rights, services, or guarantees.
§ 9. Liability
The Administrator strives to ensure that published information is reliable, but does not guarantee its full completeness, timeliness, or accuracy.
The Service is not liable for damages arising from the use of information published on the Service, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
The User uses the Service at their own risk.
The Administrator is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Google or other third parties.
§ 10. Copyright and Rights to Materials
Unless otherwise stated, content published on the Service is the property of the Administrator or is used under license or with the User's consent.
By submitting materials, the User grants the Administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them on the Service, including publication after anonymization, to the extent necessary to achieve the Service's objectives.
The User declares that they have the right to provide the submitted materials and that their use by the Administrator does not infringe the rights of third parties.
§ 11. Complaints and Contact
The User may submit comments regarding the Service or published content to the contact address indicated on the Service.
The Administrator may consider the report within a reasonable timeframe, but does not guarantee a positive resolution of the request.
Complaints regarding third-party services, particularly Google, should be directed directly to those entities.
§ 12. Final Provisions
The Administrator reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time.
Changes to the Regulations are effective from the moment of their publication on the Service.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the law applicable to the Administrator's registered office shall apply, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
These Regulations come into force on the date of their publication on the Service.
